Made to Order
At Sheylee, all our products are made to order. We do not keep inventory, which allows us to offer unique and personalized items. Due to this custom nature, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the item to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Shipping and Delivery
We track all our shipments to ensure that they reach you safely. However, we cannot take responsibility for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. If you do not receive your order even though the tracking indicates it has been delivered, please follow these steps:
